It appears to me that most of the gun crimes reported in the news involve blacks or Hispanics. Before I believe that Government can actually reduce crime by taking away arms from honest law biding citizens, let them disarm the criminals that are committing most of the gun crimes and then come and talk to me about giving up my right to self protection.

They where stupid for doing that, and a lot of people told them so. In a situation where the Dem has a better pro-gun record than the Repub, the NRA should not make an endorsement. However, this article clearly states that Obama will do everything he can outside of Congress, which would tell him to shove it on gun control.
