Graveyards are typically private property. They have no “right” to protest in them. Free speech doesn't apply - trespassing is the problem here.

Oh I know and agree. It’s just that it wasn’t 100% clear to me it was on private property. The thing is, even if its private property but open to the public, free speech still applies. That’s why the local grocery has all those people out front begging for some money for some cause and they can’t run them off.
