Of course, most of us already knew that, waaay before the hope and change thingie and gazillions$ wasted.
BUT these were all projects that were already underway and being paid for with state funds that were promptly stopped while they waited for federal dollars to arrive to pay to finish them.
Very few if any NEW projects were started because of stimulus dollars, and the few that were started were jokes like high speed rail.

One thing our slacker pres_ent learned, a long time ago - you just have to show up - sometimes.
Affirtmative action people or presidents do not do on the job training, upon getting a promotion, they immediately start whining into the next one. Obama is clearly confused, since he’s not sure of then next job to whine for, so he’s playing golf instead.
