How disappointing that so many conservative GOP elected officials would go on a show with such an uninformed egotistical idiot. When will they learn not to give these people the time of day. I am disappointed in all of them.

Pretty good showing by all 4 participants. I'm not completely on board with what Coburn is stating about going along with tax increases as long as we get spending back down to a manageable level, but I at least understand that he is looking at it from the point of view that we'll have to work with the Democrats to get anything passed. The main moderators were OK, but the CBS female business reporter was a dunce. The other problem was that most of the questions were from the Democrat POV, but I think the 4 generally handled the questions well.

Definitely worth watching, IMO.

I agree. I think they handled it quite well.
Sent the link to folks on my list and hope they all take the time to view the whole thing. Definitely worth it.

Two thumbs up. Also, Ryan broke down the Medicare issue to an understandable level.

That did go so much better than the debate, didn’t it? No foolish “this or that” questions, no grunts from the moderator and a limited focus on economic issues.

I am not interested in watching. Conservatives should not help CBS and particularly that idiot host who knew nothing of the ACORN tapes when asked make money. They should have principles and it is frankly McCain like to do go on CBS “town hall” and let CBS try to make them look bad.

I think CBS unwittingly pick a very good panel which made conservatives look good!

I noticed that Obama's "millionaires and billionaires" got in there. I want to wretch. She didn't look happy with the answer either.

When I was in high school economics was a required course. How do so many not understand the basics.

Because they don't teach it in schools, it isn't a "cool" subject.

It’s the bootlicking RINOs that hurt us. These guys should be okay.
