“That’s just psycho. And completely unpresidential.”

Well . . . We are talking about Mitt Romney.

... fresh off a win at the debate in Manchester, N.H...

Has ANYONE offered ANYTHING that Psycho Willard said on debate night that would provide evidence that he “won”?

“OMG, Have we come to this! “

It is sad. Can anyone imagine Reagan, either Bush, Eisenhower, or even Nixon acting this way?

Later, Mitt reported that he “was just teasing” the girls at Mary Ann’s,

Myth was just playing to his (Dim/Indy) base. He wants to chalk up some “street cred” like Weiner.

Several Sunday’s ago, on Fox News Sunday, it was all Mitt: “Republicans need to put their idealism away and pick an candidate with a chance to win, the only option being Romney.” They are definitely trying to sway the electorate.

I predict Perry will get the nomination. The people want government reigned in and want a non politician or a Bachmann who is anti UN,big gov,and is for abolishing the IRS, Downsizing the EPA, DOE and so on.. But we will get the same media picked crap.Bachmann said in the debate the first thing she would do is dismantle the EPA.The powers that be in gov and media won’t have it.

I am thinking similar. He is between Romney on the left and Bachmann on the right. That makes him a good 'go to' guy.

I fear the GOP elites will then force him to take a real 'moderate' on has his VP [shades of Reagan and GHW Bush]. That could mean Jeb is hoisted on the electorate. If that happens, I think even Perry-JBush would lose. The Bush name still carries ill feelings with many voters.

Corn syrup with pancakes in NEW HAMPSHIRE??? Isn't that against some state law???

If I weren't a small-government kind of guy I'd say: "There darned well should be!"

If I remember to, I bring along a small container of the real stuff for our breakfast. There's several maple syrup producers within 5 miles of the place, including one older gentleman who is just off a busy road the next town over.

But at $40-$50/gallon I can see why they don't automatically supply each table with the good stuff.

O’Reilly, last night, kept talking about Romney being the BIG winner with everyone that came on. Then he started in about Bachmann being his running mate, basically dismissing everyone. I was so upset as most guests acted also like it was a foregone conclusion! Ann Coulter kept yapping about Chris Christie who isn’t even running.
Gee. I'm really sorry I dropped cable and didn't get to see this.

NOT!

Did these irrelevant idiots (of which Coulter is becoming one, Ted Baxter has long crossed over) watch the debate. I saw seven candidates (including RonPaul) who could clearly distinguish themselves and their vision for the country from that of Obama and the left. To me, any one of them would do. No “reach across the aisle”, no “my esteemed colleague” garbage. I saw the whole party as a winner in the debate because there is a group of good candidates.

I didn’t miss Christie or Perry or Palin or Trump one bit.

Fee and Raposa are the gossip columnists for the Herald. It’s their daily column. The other person probably just gave them the info.

I can just see one of his “handlers” at a morning briefing saying something like “polls show people think you are stiff and phony, try doing something spontaneously funny to bond with the working class”.

Where at can I git me a huntin' license?

That is sick. Perry will be set up to appeal to the independent voters you’re correct and will pick West or Bachmann to beat Obama. If they had half a brain.

Who was it who called Chris Christie “Governor Crisco”?

Anyway, JMHO the real Reaganite conservatives have yet to get into the debate arena.

But I swear the only thing that has Romney out in front is that lean craggy chiseled face.

BTW mine makes Glenn Beck’s face look skinny. But there’s no envy here.

;^)

I am NOT a Romney fan, but that AP photo looks Photoshopped to me.

Or is Romney really the perv that pic makes him out to be?
