A Tulsa police captain who disobeyed an order to make officers attend a Law Enforcement Appreciation Day at a Tulsa mosque was suspended without pay for two weeks.
His suspension began June 12 and will end June 25, according to a personnel order signed by Police Chief Chuck Jordan.
The Law Enforcement Appreciation Day was held March 4 at the mosque of the Islamic Society of Tulsa. Jordan has said the Islamic Society scheduled the event to show its appreciation for the officers' response to a threat against it. Officers have attended past events at that location.
In a Feb. 18 interoffice correspondence, Deputy Chief Daryl Webster told Fields that the event organizers needed to know how many personnel would be attending so that things such as food and tours could be arranged.
Webster said voluntary participation was preferred, "but should voluntary response not be up to task, assignment would be the next alternative."
Fields said in correspondence with a superior that he considered the order to be "an unlawful order, as it is in direct conflict with (his) personal religious convictions, as well as to be conscience shocking."
He also told his superiors that he would not require any of his subordinates to follow the order "if they share similar religious convictions."

He should have attended.
And placed an RF beacon.

He should feel fortunate that he was not fired for disobeying an order.

This officer gets it. More than a few people who accepted Islam did so in the joint.
They should have sent the K-9 units as their representatives!
The kowtowing to Islam by local LE and political “elites” around here is despicable and disgusting... All the more so, given what state we live in. I just don’t get it! Are they blind and deaf? Or just willfully stupid? (And that is a rhetorical question...)

Chief Charles Jordan was the commander of the Kosovo police. Does anyone think that either he was bought by the Islamos at that time or that he was caught on video tape with underage girls or young boys in what could be called a ‘compromising’ position. Or perhaps there is the matter of the kick backs, bribes, and contraband trafficking that these ‘international’ outfits seem to be so heavily involved in and which the Chief collected his cut and which the Islamos have plenty of evidence of so that this guy is owned lock stock and buttocks.
He has filed a federal suit against the city, PD and Chief. The Thomas More Law Center has entered the suit on his behalf.
We’ll see whether the ‘order’ he disobeyed was lawful or not.
Some interesting allegations. I’m assuming you have no proof of these or links to any ongoing investigations and this is all hopeful speculation.
If this had been a meeting with the local Tulsa Baptist and a moslem did what this captain did, no punishment would have been meted out. In fact the ACLU would have made sure that the event would not even take place!
'Tough shiite' is my response. I'll say what I like, when I like and where I like. If someone has a problem let them have the guts to say so to my face and we'll discuss it. In whatever manner they choose.
It's just that, in this case, I was pointing up the warning that one should be mindful of what one puts in black and white.
He should have rendered unto Caesar that which is Caesar’s, or got a job somewhere else. This is no different than the policemen who don’t want to be used against anti-abortion protesters; they work for Caesar, not God, and must accept the consequences (though I very much sympathize with them).
There has to be some reason why a person who is a life long resident of Tulsa and had only one other position outside the Tulsa PD to be so very interested in pleasing the resident Moslems. Spend some time researching the interesting criminal state of Kosovo. This is the place where the police and security services were caught being involved in killing dissidents and selling their body parts on the black market. International police and security forces have a well documented history as being thieves and racketeers in uniform. The Muzzies are busy infiltrating the Us as the Chinese are. Unlike the Chinese they are very very much out there with their manipulation and subversion. Anyone in government who carries water for the Muzzies in any way shape or form should have no benefit of doubt extended and be considered to be a stooge or enabled for subversion absent absolute proof to the contrary.
So the taxpayers got to pay 27 cops to attend this propaganda fest for the effing muslims, and a captain got suspended for not wanting to be forced into the house of satan.
