seems to be some confusion between the S. African “necklessing” and the Columbian “neck tie”, (which wasn’t too pretty either) The necklessing is putting an old tire around the neck of someone, whose hands and feet are bound, and then setting the rubber tire on fire-——————have you ever seen a tire fire?
OMG..that’s horrible. I’m not confused, I just stated the only reference I had which was the Columbia necklace.
