...then the left starts praising Bachmann, Romney starts trying to act like “one of us” (he’s “unemployed” also, and a hunter!, and -in his OWN words- a “good fit” for the Tea Party because he believes in small government, etc.)

and Bachmann won’t call him on it, or Romneycare to stop him? (if she was the leader of the Tea Party that Rollins said she was, she would !).

...and then lindy and others, goes off the deep end accusing us of trying to help Obama win... just bizarre.

That's the difference between Palin and Bachmann. When asked if she is the leader of the Tea Party, Palin always replies, “There's no leader of the Tea Party. That's what's so great about it.” Bachmann, on the other hand, tries to position herself as a Tea Party leader.

More and more I am seeing Michele as a self-promoting opportunist.

Yeah a FReeper, in response to one of the remarks about Bachmann, stated that FR will try to destroy her at all costs (paraphrasing here). I posted back to him that FR would not do that, Bachmann will take care of that herself.

And she will. Actually it’s good these people are in as early as they are because they will all flame out at some point.
