“How about as a candidate on the national stage?”

Is she a candidate?

I was at brunch just today with several (7, 8 counting me) conservative, accomplished, church-going wives and moms, all of whom are involved in politics in one way or the other. None of them currently support Sarah Palin. One other woman and myself probably came the closest when we said we’d vote for her if she is the nominee. No one else would make that commitment.

Calling women catty and telling them that they couldn’t possibly be as pretty as Sarah Palin or that they are jealous isn’t the way to win over minds for your candidate.

But since women are only half of the electorate, I’m sure the name callers feel that Sarah Palin’s campaign can succeed without them.

Right?

And addressing women’s actual concerns is probably just stupid.

Right?

I certainly don't understand why Lisa Fritsch didn't discuss this on Jerry Springer, or Maurey Povich first.

That proper exposure, and her skillful presentation would have landed her a big contract for Jello wrestling,... in lesbian bars.

I am extremely familiar with the AT website; read it everyday. But thanks for pretending to inform someone you imagine knows very little. *snicker*

Yes, some morons still claim that Palin, not Fey said that. Do you correct them? I do !

Imagining that I don't know/understand what was done to Palin, is your problem. Again, please refrain from attempting to "school" me.

How about attempting to refute my post about this article, instead of all the other codswallop you keep posting to me?

Yeah...the proof of one’s argument is always strengthened when one can point to their opponent's typos. Touche Socrates!

I could only take so much of this blabbermouth, but this line ended it:

She lacks the ability to cross over and present herself in the wider social and political strata.

How in God's name would Lisa Fritsch know any such thing?

Most women constantly compare themselves to other women, whether they admit it or not. I find it interesting that this author says it’s not about Sarah’s looks, but then proceeds to rag on every single one of Sarah’s physical features.

I’d like to believe conservative women aren’t this shallow, but this author obviously gets all her news and forms all her opinions based on things she’s told by the LSM. If she had done the slightest bit of research on her own, she would not still be parroting lines from three years ago. Sad really.

I imagine she must have covered that more thoroughly in one of her earlier articles, here:

Women like this are why many men still think women shouldn’t be voting.
It makes me think we should institute IQ tests at voting booths. This "writer" would surely fail.

It's not because she's a woman. I've read screeds just as stupid from leftist males.

Oh, but I forgot, she's a "conservative woman"... which means she's a LIAR.

I have no idea just WHY you thought to post that to me. I didn't make the idiotic claim about how Plain looks, vis-a-vis how other women look, call any woman "catty", nor "jealous".

Are YOU feeling inferior?

Are your "friends" really all that well informed about ALL who are/might be candidates for the primary?

Who are they for?

Yes, women do turn out to vote and like many men, are ill/uniformed, vote with their feelings, and/or just vote for a party. That's how we got stuck with Onabam, Clinton, Carter, and a whole lot of other dreadful presidents/presidential candidates.

How about remarking on this article, or at least, my posts, when replying to me? That would make far more sense than what you've done.

Women tend to be more timid voters, they will approve of Palin more when she starts a campaign, and they see that she is not as threatening or as the media portrays her.

“you are lying, it was Romney that left with 34% approval, Palin left at a still high 56%, Palin regularly had approval in the 80 to high 80s range, and a peak of 93%.”

Of course he is lying. The entire PDS game relies upon, lies, misrepresentations and false assumptions.

They fool nobody here and waste their own time.

Again I am very sorry for the confusion...I was definitely in agreement with you, was just adding my own thoughts. The author mentioned Katy Couric, and National Organization for women, and was just sharing my outrage with you, as we both know Sarah wants nothing to do with either of those.

Hey it`s midnight, reminder for me to be careful not to give wrong impressions

Sarah Palin or bust :)

Oh good............I wondered why I was the one replied to in that way, as we are both on the same side.

I didn't want to shoot back; I just needed clarification and thanks for that!

Of course I’m lying. The whole world loves Palin and Gallup and Rasmussen and everybody else are all part of the vast antiPalin conspiracy!
