I believe that Libyan government key problem is not money but logistics - how to bring imports in. Tunisia is hostile, Algeria, Niger and Chad involve desert transport.
That’s what Brits refer to as time working for them. We’ll see who will run out of supplies first. Italy is already crying uncle.
