Jackbooted Blackshirt Thug Alert
Isn't an illegal search a Federal crime (deprivation of civil rights under color of authority)? The bomb-sniffing dogs are not the problem because they are not actually opening luggage and searching people but pat downs are illegal searches.

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures,
shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." Do these goons have a reading comprehension problem or do they just not care? I know the answer, thanks.

The TSA clearly intends for these out-of-nowhere swarms by its officers at community transit centers, bus stops and public events to become a routine and accepted part of American life. I could see an argument being made for transit centers and bus stops, but not for public events.
TSA may have manpower to do security screening at football games, but football games are not covered by the charte for TSA, as there are no "transportation" activities incorporated in attending a football game, unless they are intending to stake out the parking lots to inspect vehicles at arrival.
They are clearly out of their jurisdiction if they screen at the stadium gates. At that point, they become a police force that can be mobilized for any purpose.

Looks like we know the vehicle for the new American SS squad.
Good news is 300 agents would be toast if the American people wanted to get into a spitting match.

All of which is enough to make you wonder if we are watching the formation of the "civilian national security force" President Obama called for on the campaign trail "that is just as powerful, just as strong and just as well funded" as the military.Hitler telegraphed his intentions in Mein Kampf, just as the megalomaniac currently occupying the White House did.
Tragically, the moron voter population reached the tipping point and freedom died.
Just like that.

The key phrase in the Constitution is UNREASONABLE search and seizure. And what is “reasonable” is now in the eye of the Wise Latina beholder.

Obama said, “We can not continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tt2yGzHfy7s
“That we’ve set”? What did you “set”? Gestapo state.

I can't write my thoughts down here... When is enough, enough? Do we wait until the SS patrols our neighborhoods, churches and schools? With all this police power, if a President wanted to call an end to our rights and seize absolute power, he would have the tools...

Ok I just read this entire article and how the hell did all this happen under everyone’s nose?? 8000 incidents just last year of this type of random searches and Ive not heard a single thing about it, minus the airport stuff. Wow, this TSA needs to be put to bed fast.

The sad thing is conservatives who think this an Obama phenomenon. This has been gathering steam since at least Bush I.
Even sadder is that the American Sheeple love it! That's why you'll never hear any prominent politician decry it and you never hear the adjustable bed salesmen on talk radio mention it. It might distract us from important things like the Caylee Anthony trial.

THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF THE END OF THE TSA.
THEY WILL BE DISMANTLED; EITHER PEACEABLY, BY LEGISLATION; OR VIOLENTLY, BY FORCE OF ARMS.

Since it’s the TSA we’re talking about, shouldn’t the title be “...Storming Pubic Places...”?

I bet they “storm” places where whites congregate far more than any place minorities might be found.
