A report on Twitter by the Huffington Post's White House correspondent Sam Stein says:

Van Jones lawyer has sent Fox News a cease in (sic) desist order demanding it immediately stop broadcasting 6 specific characterizations of him 42 minutes ago via TweetDeck

No details online yet, but it probably has something to do with Glenn Beck :-)

I think that is exactly what it’s about. GB is on his way out of FOX, and they (meaning the commie left in America)are afraid about what GB is about to expose. Glenn won’t have a higher up to answer to doing this on his own.

Jones and his henchmen seem to have decided to try to launch a campaign of intimidation against Beck. Perhaps they think he is just a self-promoter and will back off when it begins to look like it might cost him something. I know a number of people who see Beck this way-- as an opportunist. I don't happen to see him that way and if they persist and try to take Beck to court, I think the Jones forces will meet a dead end called discovery.
