Come on now be fair, there are some “voters” who cannot produce identification, would you disenfranchise them?
Just think of all the Mexican illegals that would not be able to vote for the party of their choice, Democrats, of course.
And you would insist on people remembering to carry indentification with them to the polling booth? ridiculous.
How could we get dead people to vote. you are not being fair.

You don't have Democrats in Canada. Democrats are the most unscrupulous pols ever invented. They have tried every possible way to increase the ease of voting. And they're still not above bribing potential voters. In fact they brag about it.

In 2000 in Wisconsin, my state, Al Gore defeated George Bush by about five thousand votes out of about two million total votes cast. After the election, a Dem operative from NYC, Constance Milstein, boasted about passing out cigarettes to bribe voters in Milwaukee. Did that guarantee the state for Gore? Maybe not, but who knows how many voters were swayed by that and other dishonest Dem tactics. The new voter ID laws might not completely stop Dems from voter fraud, but it will put them on their toes.
