I saw one of those .308 HK91 based pistols at the last funshow. I would think those and that 7.62 x 39 Draco would kind of be a handful to fire.

Perhaps you should get some specilized instruction on the piece by an experienced Draco shooter like Anne.

A 5.45 X 39 or 5.56 AK pistol with the proper brake really has my interest.

I'm going to try one of the *bell* flash suppressors meant for the 7,62 round versions of the AKSU suschka. If that doesn't work out, I may go with the *flame extinguisher* from a 5,45 AK74 or try a shortie .30 suppressor.

I would also like to see a true pistol like the Glock 18 or select fire Beretta 92 chambered in the 5.7 with a drum type magazine. I’ve seen them making those drum pistol mags for a few new types of pistols now. I’ve seen pics of old ones made for the Luger and 1911.

The 100-round Beta-C drum for the H&K MP5 has been adapted to fit the Glock 18, and since the .45 1911 Government Model and Commander were successfully adapted to work with the .38 Super cartridge, it should be possible to do something similar with a Glock 21...and the 7,62x25/.224 or .224 Boz or .224 Timbs variants. The 5,7 FN seems to be more of a challenge, but the enforcer versions of the .30 M1/M2 carbine come pretty close to the same performance in 5,7 MMJ Johnson.

I've tried a couple of drums and find they don't work real well with my shoulder rig. But as a reload spare, carried in a *lunchbox concealment* rig, they might have a place. I do sometimes use double-taped extension mags, which seem both a bit more reliable and less expensive, not to mention less bulky.

Perhaps Anne would be more comfortable with Birdman’s Weapons Systems compact Barret .50 BMG with the MicroNuclear projectile.
