One of the most talked about subjects in politics is whether or not Sarah Palin will run for the presidency. It's frankly anyone's guess which direction she will go with her decision and when she will make the decision. However, if Palin doesn't run it will be a disaster for the Republican Party and quite possibly the country

If Sarah Palin doesn't run for president, the operatives in the media and Beltway establishment will have learned a fool-proof method of destroying any political opponent.

When the political calculus is done, it is clear that Palin is the only real conservative with libertarian leanings that can possibly be elected in the country. Although there are other conservatives with promise such as Bachmann, Cain, and West, they have not been subjected to the vetting that Sarah Palin has and there should be no doubt that the media will do everything they possibly can to destroy them should they win the nomination.

Did you see the Youtube posted yesterday that showed Obama gaffing over and over while his supporters were saying how dumb Palin is? It made the point so clearly, I just had to laugh.
That's the kind of info that is our job to get out there. I sent it to most of my email lilst yesterday.
You don’t see her compromising away her socially conservative principles, but they don’t get in the way of her focusing on the central economic issues that unite her constituents.
She has far more potential to be embraced by moderates and independents

The mega-crowds she attracted in '08 were not all Republicans. The 3 million or so followers on FB are not all Republicans. We hear how Republican women "don't like her." That might be partially true, but a lot of independent/moderate women absolutely adore her - because, as you said, she's the real deal.
This will be the only issue of TIME ever allowed in my house, and that day will be Oh So Sweet!

If she doesn´t she´s given up on America like we all will have too.
She is running. You can conclude that from the fact that she has not said she won’t. If she wasn’t interested she’d have said so by now. There is no reason to wait to say no, only a reason to wait to say yes.
Undecided? — that is not a Palin quality.
She has the basic Christian spiritual qualities Franklin (I think) said was needed to properly (by their definition [the founders]) be a citizen of a Christian principled Republic, not even mentioning the obvious .. to govern,
She's come up through the ranks from concerned citizen to experienced politician,
She made of a so-so State, a viable enterprise
She fought and won against the good ol' boys,
She brought money rightfully due Alaskans back to Alaska and put it in the people's pockets,
She's intelligent and clever and if you don't know it by now, she's one step ahead everyone that is against her.
She has defeated enemies and made friends, unlike too many pols today that make enemies and defeat friends.
It's hacknied, I know, but Sarah's the real deal and America needs her, if not for president, at least Sec of State, or some high level security position.

I’ve been skeptical on Palin, both on her chances to win if she does run, and on her intentions to run at all.
However, last week, I witnessed a rather interesting conversation, that could be taken either way.
One of my coworkers (female, Hispanic, and generally Democrat but with some conservative tendencies), was talking with another coworker I know to be a conservative.
The coworker mentioned that she was “no fan of Sarah Palin” but that she LOVED “Sarah Palin’s Alaska” and that it showed how beautiful the state was, that she really loved her state and was impressed by her on that show.
He chuckled and said “Well I’m no Palin fan either” but then agreed how beautiful AK was, and that she did a good job with the show.
So, it could either mean that, simply, they like what they saw of Alaska and the show itself, or, perhaps, that deep down, maybe they could warm up to Palin over time, but still feel it’s socially important to add that “I’m no Palin Fan” disclaimer when speaking positively of her.
My guess is neither one would vote for her at this point, being Maryland and all...but who knows?
Maybe, but right now Backmann is occupying Sarah's ground, also were I advising Sarah I would tell her to wait until after the debt ceiling is dealt with so she would have a better idea of exactly how bad things are going to be in 2012.

1. Reducing the size of government by removing overlapping bureaucracy, reducing the size of agencies in general and streamlining regulations.
2. Overhauling the income tax system to make it less expensive to comply with and make it more business friendly in order to encourage savings and capital investments staying in the USA.
3. Aggressively going after the "fat cats" on Wall Street to stop the speculative excesses that caused the 1929 and 2008 stock market crashes.
Just these three steps alone will go a LONG way towards fostering a revival of America in general.
I believe that the Palin appeal is like the Perot fervor of 92’. I believe it will work for her better than it did for Perot if she gets the nomination as a Republican. She has an excellent chance of winning in a 2 party election. The 19 million votes that went for Perot will be mostly hers if she gets the #1 spot on the Republican ticket. The MSM is doing their best to divide an conquer, even their pseudo support of Romney and Bachmann is nothing more than trying their best to wipe Palin of the ticket. Damn, she has got to win!

Not declaring until the last minute is of strategic advantage to her, and strategic disadvantage to her Democrat and Republican opponents.
It keeps them all in total disarray.
Would you have her give up her strategic advantage to make it "fair" for the RINOs?

Sounds like they would vote for her. Rush has been speaking a lot about the people who say “I love Sarah, but.....she can’t win.”
They really don’t love Sarah.
