Obama’s gaffe problems stems from the fact that he doesn’t attend meetings, and he doesn’t pre-read or practice the speeches.
He let’s his staff attend meetings and ‘take notes’ for him. He just reads whatever is on the teleprompter like the talking heads on TV.
Practicing speeches, attending meetings, are just plain ‘hard work’ and hard to fit in with a busy golf schedule.
