Give the job of closing the remaining abortion clinics (also PP) to a local Kansas church(?) that apperently doesn't have enough to do....Westboro Baptist Church.-

Not a good idea.

Just enforce the laws, and these places will have to close.
They cannot maintain the level of medical requirements, nor can they comply with the mandatory reporting procedures for minor girls.

They will have to close if the laws are enforced.
