I told you I was against the Defense -- so-called Defense of Marriage Act. I've long supported efforts to pass a repeal through Congress. And until we reach that day, my administration is no longer defending DOMA in the courts. The law is discriminatory. It violates the Constitution. It’s time for us to bring it to an end.
Since when does the president determine if a law is Constitutional or not? Silly me, I thought that was still the role of the Supreme Court...and that Obama swore an oath to uphold the laws of this nation.

For real. I started to say, "This is truly un-fricken-believable." But, actually, it's not...considering all we've known about this Marxist since day one of his campaign. The real problem is, the ones who let him get away with it. If it advances their agenda, the Constitution goes out the window. "By any means necessary..."
