I don’t know anything about Dempsey.

I’m certainly no fan of Panetta, but was it part of Soros’ plan for Clinton and he to go rogue and order the hit on Bin Laden against Obama and Jarrett’s orders? That’s worth something right there.

Petraeus has been the CG of a Division, a Major Army Command, and two theaters of war. I’m sure he can figure out the CIA.

What do you think would happen if Petraeus came out tomorrow demanding a real birth certificate?
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Can congress ignore a *formal*, written, legal, and peaceful request from the highest military that congress fully investigate Obama’s natural born citizenship, likely identity theft, and immigration and passport record, citizenship claimed on his school records, his likely lying about his attendance at Columbia University?

Could the Supreme Court ignore such a request? Would they declare that the very highest military has no standing?

What if large percentages of the lower level officers joined in the formal, legal, and peaceful petition?

We **know** the mainstream Marxist media would do their level best to ignore it. Likely our immoral conservative media would as well.

Well...Gee!...If is soooooo straight forward why post TWO very crudely made forgeries? Hm?

The crime of forgery must be adjudicated in a court of law. Jerome Corsi has filed a criminal complaint with the FBI alleging that those copies are forged. He filed the complaint the last week of May.
We’ll all have to wait and see whether anything comes of that complaint.
It would be fantastic and it would really help if conservative members of Congress started calling for the appointment of a Special Counsel to investigate the alleged forgeries.
As of now, it is the Zero Administration’s FBI and the Zero administration’s Justice Department that is looking in to the alleged crime.
And from conservative elected and appointed officials, the silence is deafening.

Provide some evidence that Petraeus is an “incompetent official.”

He had the audacity to dare be in the military while Obama was president.

I didn’t mean to say that Petraeus is an incompetent General. He was a very effective General and understood we would not win a war of insurgency with conventional methods killing them all and letting God sort them out.

What I mean is that, Obama is implementing Soro’s agenda, and to do so means not putting the best men for the job in the jobs where they can be effective, but burying them where they can’t be effective, so he can work his communist schemes behind the scenes.

For example, Petraeus would have been perfect for the Joint Chiefs position, but instead Obama installs the much weaker and inferior Dempsey. He bury’s Petraeus at CIA, where Petraeus has absolutely no experience with US intelligence. And he puts Panetta in the Pentagon.

There were far better picks for each of these positions, if you REALLY wanted to fulfill the traditional pro-US missions these positions have performed. But that is not Obama’s communist agenda. So he takes great candidates suited for other roles and then puts them in the wrong place so they basically are out of his way, and he isn’t interfered with by someone stronger in that roll.

This is just like when he picked Hitlery for SOS to get rid of her. Puts her in a corner to keep her out of the way and prevent a strong SOS from stymieing him.

Obama was provided with perfect political cover by the Senate Republicans. Both the Panetta and Petraeus confirmation hearings were nothing but love-fests for those two nominees; nothing but softball questions.
Panetta was confirmed 100 to nothing and Petraeus was confirmed 94 to nothing.
If a person isn’t right for a position, you don’t have the hiring committee select him unanimously.
I don’t blame Obama for trying to use Petraeus who is perceived of as a genuine American hero, for Zero’s own political agenda, I blame Petraeus for allowing himself to be used. He’s smarter than that.

Look at what happened to Lieutenant Colonel Terry Lakin. No further military career, no pension, and jail time.

Zero sent a message.

Yes.

Could the Supreme Court ignore such a request?

Yes.

What if large percentages of the lower level officers joined in the formal, legal, and peaceful petition?

So now we're all supposed to throw our careers away for this?

Let me repeat this: this is going nowhere. Obama can be defeated and relegated to the ash heap of history based on the B.S. he's implemented as president. This fantasy that's been promulgated on this forum about Obama being arrested in the Oval Office and hauled away to face charges will...never...happen. That's not Petraeus' fault, it's not my fault.

The fault rests with people who will never stand responsible for it. It may suck, but it's reality. Now let's move on.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

So?....Do our military academies now teach that careers and pensions are more important than the military code of honor and an oath to defend the Constitution? I suppose we must now assume that they do.

And...You are correct. Zero did send a message. The message I got was that if the very highest military will not defend the Constitution now, when it is relatively safe for them and their families, they certainly will not in the face of real tyranny. Our honorable, brave, loyal, and highly competent and dedicated troops deserve better leadership that that.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

“Our” career? Am I to assume that you have a career in the military? ( Just wondering since you used the word “our”.)

Do the military academies now teach that careers are more important than the military code of honor and an oath before God to defend the Constitution?

Do these academies teach that just because truth will “go nowhere” it should be ignored and that a career and pension takes precedence?

Well! As Fred Astaire might have said, “Strike me pink!”

You keep trying to pull this “honor” thing like military officers should be lemmings going over the cliff if someone says we’re not being “honorable.”

We’re supposed to be smart. “Smart” means not to commit career suicide over a demonstrably indefensible position. GEN Petraeus did not throw away a brilliant 30-year career over a lost cause, which is saying something since he was the guy who said he could win in Iraq in its worst days.

It’s very easy for someone who has no stake in such career suicide to demand that someone else do it, so I’ll ask you again, what do you think would happen if GEN Petraeus did such as you wanted him to?

L0L!

Guess I muffed that one but good.

Just chippers so far. Fifteen of the little suckers in the last two weeks, using two rat traps.

Past years, I’ve caught a grey squirrel in one &, in the fall a couple of years ago, I got 6 moles by setting the traps above ground where I knew the moles were.

Nonsense. It was a beautiful straight line and I thank you for it.

I've had moderate success just with my riding mower, getting about 5 or 6 a year by following the tunnels with the wheels that the mower extends beyond. If you go reasonably slow, they run along the tunnels and then stick their heads up to see what the heck is going on.

Do the military academies teach an honor code that says this applies expect if it will hurt a career or is a “lost cause”. (Just wondering)

Does the oath to defend the Constitution have an exception clause that says, “This applies except if it hurts a career or is a ‘lost cause’ “? ( Just wondering)

Oh....And you used the word “we’re”. Does this mean you are in the military?

Excellent posts.

To the birth certificate folks: The fantasy of removing Obama from office is a repeat of the ‘frog-marching Karl Rove” fantasies of the left.

It ain’t gonna happen, but people are so frustrated by this guy they want a lightning bolt, or its equivalent legally, to just knock him off the map. Forget that such non-election actions would result in a cascade of hate about evil rightwingers dumping the first black president, and how that would fuel dem voter anger for decades to come—that would be acceptable if this all came about based on the situation described (fake birth certificate, not eligible). The point is, such an outcome isn’t just going to happen, and it would simply tear this country apart.

I know, I know, “Well, it’s the truth!”

But is it? Let’s see the evidence outside of World Net Daily. This story would be the story of the century—you’re telling me no credible journalist would write this story? NO conservative (forget Republican—conservative) of any standing would be all over this if it were the truth?

People so despise this guy they are looking for any way to get rid of him without stepping back and looking at the larger problem—his ideology. THAT must be defeated. Making him an electoral martyr will only guarantee the perpetuation of his BS agenda—again, that would be acceptable IF the facts were there. But they either aren’t there, or it’s all a conspiracy of left AND right—and, of course, it’s always someone else who has to take the risk to prove this.

If there IS truth here, the folks who believe it blew it with the release of Obama’s birth certificate. They asked and asked, and he gave them what they wanted, and then they said, “No, no, not THAT birth certificate, we want THIS kind of birth certificate.” That made them sound like loons to the general public, like people who would never be satisfied by ANYTHING Obama offered. They blew it.

That story’s over—deal with it. It ain’t gonna get him out of office, even if it IS the truth (you think the truth is all that matters? Welcome to reality). Castigating others for not falling on their swords for your cause doesn’t make these military people cowards, it makes the birthers armchair warriors who want others to take the hit for THEIR beliefs.
