Obama seemed to acknowledge the dampened expectations Thursday during a fundraiser in Philadelphia, telling campaign donors that he knew there would be setbacks in governing, just like he faced setbacks during his campaign in 2008. But he appealed to supporters to show the same vigor they did more than two years ago to send him to victory.

"I understand that sometimes generating the same energy is difficult," he said at an event later. "We've gone through two years of very difficult work." He then added, with a chuckle: "My hair is grayer. I'm not as young and vibrant as I was."

But the liberals told us he had locked up the 2012 election when he got Bin Laden.

What happened to the Bin Laden bounce in the polls? Did the Bin Laden bounce become a Bin Laden splash as his poll numbers sank into the ocean??????

You know and I know that the gays, minorities, socialists, etc. will vote for Obama. But from the sound of this article it looks like his turnout will be diminshed and the dissatisfaction from these groups are getting lower this is very good news for 2012! Jmo

Remember 2008! When the GOP ran another "its my turn" candidate.

Remember 2008! When the GOP candidate stopped campaigning to go to Washington to participate in a sham "financial crisis," only to fall into a well-conceived trap.

Remember 2008! When the GOP candidate selected a VP running mate, then proceeded to allow his staffers to publicly trash her.

Remember 2008! When the GOP refused to run a real conservative.

Remember 2008! When the GOP ran a candidate with zero executive experience and got beat by a Democrat who had even less than zero executive experience.

Remember 2008! and realize that the Dems can beat the GOP yet again if the GOP refuses nominate a candidate who upholds and defends the US Constitution.

"She said that the American Blacks, who vote, will vote overwhelmingly for B. "

Do blacks realize that Obama has poisoned the well for them long into the future? We will not have a black president for at least 50 years.

Their loyalty to him because of his race will garner them nothing.

“Do blacks realize that Obama has poisoned the well for them long into the future? We will not have a black president for at least 50 years. “

This is exactly what the black in power wanted. It is awfully hard to race-bait with a black president.

"My hair is grayer. I'm not as young and vibrant as I was."

One minute: I, I, me, my, I, me, mine, my, I...

Next minute: Not me, blame George Bush!

Obama apparently remembers it as if it is now, judging by his signing of the Queen’s guest book.
