Texas does not need the UN or Obama to tell us how to administrate justice. He killed in Texas so we are going to return the favor. My own opinion is that if you torture, rape and kill in Texas you should also be castrated with a dull knife without anesthetic while you lay tied to the gurney waiting to receive your lethal injection. And he still wouldn’t suffer as much as that poor girl did.
