I would scream outrage, This is too far, but this regime passed "too far" about 2-1/2 years ago.

May God rebuke and pass judgment upon this State (Gen 19 style) if the voters do not correct their error Nov 6, 2012.

That’s ok. When President Palin (or Bachmann, West, Cain, etc.) decides not to enforce Roe v Wade, and states begin to enact their own abortion laws (as they are now), we’ll see how much liberals scream.

There are times such as this when I wonder if Zero is even human. He must be a demon masquerading as one.

It also lays out the administration's position that sexual orientation is an "immutable characteristic,"

God has changed so called sexual orientation but the activists don't want to hear about it.

If the president cannot in good conscience see to it that the laws are faithfully executed he must resign or he is forsworn.

By that logic it is also a violation of the constitution’s guarantee of equal protection for congress, the president, judges and bureaucrats to have a better health plan, better benefits and perks, and a better retirement plan than every other citizen.

Why do these clowns even bother to go to court? The matter is already decided. The senses of normal people will be insulted and their purses ravished to support the abomination of sodomite ceremonies and the financial consequences thereof.

At least there open about being against it, rather than deliberately staging an incompetent defense designed to fail.

If I respected the idea that Federal judges get to dictate the meaning of the constitution I would manipulative them in just such a way. I would get my buddy’s to play one side in the case while I play the incompetent defending side.

I’m sorry, it’s not the President’s place to say what is Constitutional and what is not.

Wouldn’t a 14th Amendment argument against DOMA also apply to any restrictions in marriage laws? For example, restrictions against cousin marriage and poligamy?

You can see this coming a mile away.

Sometime during the primary season, 0 will announce that he now openly supports gay marriage.

He’s been hedging towards it, but coyly sidesteps the question when asked directly.

Everyone knows that he tacitly supports it, but will milk the announcement for ultimate political advantage.
