She was turning tricks on the taxpayers' dime!

The Sofitel maid who accused Dominique Strauss-Kahn of a sex attack in his suite wasn't just a hotel hooker -- she continued to work as a prostitute in a Brooklyn hotel where she was stashed by prosecutors, The Post has learned.

The so-called victim, whose web of lies has crippled the Manhattan DA's case against the former International Monetary Fund boss, played host to a parade of paying male visitors in the weeks after Strauss-Kahn's arrest, a prosecution source said.

"While she was under our supervision, there were multiple 'dates' and encounters at the hotel on the DA's dime," the source said of her paid hotel room. "That's a great deal for her. She doesn't have to cover her expenses."

And a few people seem to think it is the correct thing to do.

I really think you misunderstand me. I think he is a scumbag and either a rapist or would-be rapist. I just think this lady is the wrong one to nail him. The rules of evidence on this one are clear. Its going to come down to he said she said unless there is some good physical evidence that the defense can't explain.

When he said she said, it all comes down to credibility and impeachment evidence. All he needs is reasonable doubt.

I'm really not trying to be rude or insulting, we probably agree much more than you think, but legally this case is cooked, unless some of these facts are not as they have been presented.

If she was in front of a grand jury, why would they ask her about he housing application, do not get me wrong, she has no business being in this country. I am just opposed to trying the woman by allegation out side of the courthouse.

Looks like the guy may have been set up. Look who is now IMF Chief? Why it’s a former employee of the famous global law firm of James Baker.

When I heard that the prosecutors were the ones who found the dirt on her, I figured it was a set-up. Plus, NYC is liberal-liberal-liberal. Therefore, the Duke University scenario fits — MAKE the crime fit the liberal mind-set, and then it is true, whether it is or not.

She’s a skank.

I think he is a scumbag...

But that's not against the law. Nor is it illegal to be rich, obnoxious, or even a white Duke Lacrosse player. A good chunk of the manure in this case is a result of the State-Run Media believing anything/everything a prosecutor says.

As it was in the DukeLax Frame.

Yeh right...He's gonna kill her if she doesn't...

These "ignorant maids" know exactly what they're dealing with in this place...It's not exactly a Motel 6.

FWIW, I don’;t trust the vic, the alleged perp, or even the bloody DA. This is a mess, and I’d be willing to bet there’s much more than profligate degeneracy, shoddy policework, and prosecutorial misconduct going on here.

True, that. But my point is that the State-Run Media decides for us who is guilty/innocent based on some criteria that is based upon political correctness and perception of victim/accuser sympathetic vibes.

I called her "liar" right from the beginning....as soon as I heard she had "volunteered" to take that floor.

I also said I believe there is someone else working at the hotel who is part of her game.

I knew someone in the hotel business...And these were the BIG hotels. Hooking and love affairs go on every day. "You never, never saw a thing".

I'm afraid that just like the Duke Case..."Womens' Rights" come first. There is some friggin' concept that women won't lie....

Regardless...you take a police report and go with it.

What bothers me more is that like Crystal, this ______ has a kid, too. Maybe many according to her tax form.

I hear you. But if there's more to this story than a simple shakedown, there's some seriously scary stuff going on. Stuff that affects far more than the alleged vic's kid/s, the alleged vic, and the alleged perp.

The statement was, did he have a weapon, there are always weapons available. But maybe in new York the maids are told to relax and enjoy rape after all it will not last long. I wonder more about a so called high class motel hiring someone that may have aids to clean my room.

A shakedown, or she could have been assaulted. Things are very bad when not one single person or institution involved engenders any faith and/or trust.
