I agree with your #165. I too would declare my innocence, no matter what “the rules of the game” are.

But yes, there is no way on this earth, or in Heaven, or Hell that I would allow anyone say that I killed my beloved daughter, just no way.
There is nothing the prosecutor can say, nothing he can make me look like, no way to paint me as anything than to stand there and let someone say I did this.
I’d sooner take my own life than let that stand without speaking against it.
