There is MORE than sufficient evidence here. A fictional nanny? No concern about the location of her child? Remnants of a dead body in a car no one else had access to? Likely not sufficient for Murder1, but it is the only logical conclusion. Logic is no longer welcome in American courts apparently. as another poster commented, reasonable doubt has a massively different meaning in the past 30 years. It is a concept perverted by trial lawyers.
Probably crying from joy as the libs support a womans right to choose no matter how old the baby is.
“It may have been a loss for that poor baby, but it was a win for the Constitution where the state has to prove your guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Actually the state did prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. The problem was, the jury was brain-dead; a consequence of attending public schools.
Florida law is really strict about interpretation by a jury. It is a hard burden, even if you believe it’s clear.
Explain why Caylee’s body rotted for 31 days while Casey was out partying and making up lies about a fictitious nanny, and reporting nothiong to the police.
Sorry, pal, common sense needs to enter the picture at some point.
There was no missing child reported. There was no "accident" reported.
Where's the reasonable doubt?? You're asking for an eye witness...and few murders are witnessed.
We just had the same discussion. Some 80 year old lady is in trouble for throwing newspaper in a trashcan in New York. My question is now that she is getting out, where does she go? How would you like to be that family with her back home for dinner?
Aside from the reasonable doubt issue, simply put, Casey Anthony aborted her two year old.
Yeah. I wonder also why, if Caylee was in the Swamp between June 16 an December ll, why the huge search did not find her. And I don’t want to hear water. Water can be dredged and examined with sound.
Actually, the lib media, leftists, feminazis and all the sewage of our country are no doubt, absolutely delighted with the verdict. After all, a partying slut, who was probably on welfare, murdered her child (although not in the womb-a sort of post birth abortion, if you will) was defended and cleared by a hispanic lib maggot lawyer.
As far as I can determine, the verdict was a leftist’s wetdream.
That’s reasonable.
Do consider that Baez and Mason were very effective in closing arguments. They picked each item apart enough to create doubt.
So there is no way you think this little girl got in to the back yard and fell in the pool and drowned by herself?
If that gets you sick consider she could be out by Thursday for time served and by Friday guess what? She’lll be back in the clubs partying.
>>I have no problem making the prosecution prove their case.<<
If your point is that you would knowingly let a murderer go free to walk the streets of America, you should be ashamed of yourself.
You have that backwards.
This CBS woman, Nancy Grace...all huge leftists.
You are in league with the left on this one.
>>Apples and oranges. The OJ case is a different ball of wax.<<
No it isn’t. In both cases, a murderer went free. Unless you can explain the 31 days of lies while the child rotted in the woods with duct tape over her mouth.
Then you might want to preface that by saying your freedom is only as good as the attorney representing you.........
What are you going on about? I’ve not followed this whole thing, but she wasn’t charged with manslaughter now was she? If so, I’m sure the result would have been much different...
Yeah well Tim Miller of Texas Equisearch just gave a locl interview. He said he was in that house for 4 days. Casey NEVER even mentioned Caylee. He had a map at the table of the areas they planned to search. george and Cindy stood up took the map and went to Casey’s room. george said ok here is a map. put a mark where Caylee is so we can go get her.
The monster just started screaming at her parents.
Why do you think they got up and walked up and walked out of the court room when the Jury said not guilty.
Your claims that the system worked are dead wrong. The system is suppose to seek truth and Justice. NEITHER were achieved in this verdict.
I don’t know how much more proof would be necessary. I find this decision unbelievable.
