That was a forged document.

We’re up against a problem here, and that is the large number of forged and false documents that function as “red herrings”, all meant to have us chasing our tails. The truth must be devastating, for an organization to go to so much trouble to cover up BHO2’s past.

We really can’t even trust docs coming out of the State Department or Immigration post 2009.

I put no stock in it the moment I saw it, but do you know for a fact that it is forged? If so, how? I was under the impression that this Pidgeon fellow was a partner with Donofrio, and is in fact a lawyer. There is a video of him talking about this find as if it is real.

Thank you all. It is Pidgeon and it is Skookumchuck, although among you there is apparently dispute over the document's legitimacy.

If it isn't authentic, it is kind of sad because 'Skookumchuck' is a natural for rhyming. Let's see, "If you can skook him, Chuck, old Barack's a sitting duck." Or, "he's been called a dick which is really a schmuck, that SOB from Skookumchuck."

SatinDoll, I'm curious about something. How do you know that SvenMagnussen's post #63 contains good information? He didn't provide any links to back up his claims about obama supposedly having Permanent Resident Alien status in the 1970's. Why did you just accept these claims without seeing any evidence? How do you know SvenMagnussen didn't just make them up out of whole cloth?

As peculiar as it feels to agree with you on something, I have no choice. Indeed, every scrap of information needs to be verified somehow. Too many of people's wild theories have been repeated as though they were fact, and it just interferes with finding out the actual truth.

I am interested in Sven's theory, but without some documentation, I will still regard it as a unproven theory.

I hadn't seen any Christmas tree picture and assumed you were referring to his awkward posture in the "father and son" airport picture.

I've just seen two more pictures from 1971. "Senior" doesn't look very well in any of them.

You're right: there is something bizarre about the father's posture or position in the picture of the three of them around the Christmas tree. He's laid out or arranged in a very strange way.

I don't know where the picture comes from. So who knows? It could be a forgery. There are certainly enough of those around. But if you were going to fake a picture would you make it that obvious?

I've gotten distrustful of throwing around terms like "parallax analysis." People who claimed to be sophisticated analysts of the last document didn't have a clue about fountain pens and mechanical typewriters, so I'm skeptical about claims of sophisticated technical analysis. People may just be discovering that old technologies don't provide the kind of clear images that we are used to now.

FWIW, It does look like there's something wrong with the figure of Obama Senior in the picture you referred to. It also looks like the print is pretty old and that there was something wrong with the print or the camera or the scanning. Notice the tiny white triangle in the upper right hand corner and the discolored area at the top center: the scan may have been off center and the print could have been bent and not in very good condition. That doesn't account for the father's posture, but it could explain part of why the picture looks so strange.

If Sr. got his stay here lengthened by marrying and if he was going to be within a few thousand miles of his ex-wife, it wouldn't have been out of place or unthinkable for him to visit her and the child for a day or two. A complicated program of forgeries that aren't very convincing wouldn't be a more likely scenario.

There are several documents, official and unofficial, which document the marriage and the marriage license records in the Hawaiian island of Maui on February 2, 1961.

Unless you have some new evidence of an official marriage certificate, this is a false statement. Please stick with the facts!

The Christmas photo has a Daphne Barak copyright symbol. The infamous 1988 Kenya family portrait also has the Daphne Barak copyright symbol. Since the 1971 Christmas Daphne Barak photo is FAKE, then it can be assumed 1988 Kenya photo is FAKE as well.

Parallax analysis - where the “difference in apparent direction of an object from the viewer when looked at from two different positions” - in the two 1971 airport photos is straightforward.

Really?

In fact, you'll be hard pressed to find anyone, even birthers, supporting it prior to the Fall of 2008.

In fact, he's one of the most dishonest presidents we have had in a long time.

He has also broken many promises to voters.

If you really believe he's a Marxist, how do you explain the fact that he agreed to sell the government's controlling stake in GM in an IPO?

That's why no one objected to the candiacy of Sipro Agnew, Chester Arther, and others.

The ficticious two-citizen parent requirement was literally made up out of whole cloth by birthers when their Kenyan birth myth failed to gain any traction.

Economic theory says it is objectively good for the long-run as well.

GHWB lost because he raised tax rates, not because he eliminated incentive-distorting tax deductions.

Was there a Salvation Army home in either Seattle or Vancouver in 1961?

Ah, another coinky-dink! The Salvation Army currently owns the white house on the corner of Mercer just north of the 13th Ave E address where SADO was supposed to have lived with little Barry while attending UW (there is another address for the SA a couple blocks away at 422 11th Ave E). But, it's my understanding that the SA's ownership of the house is more recent.

Did you see anything about abortion and the Salvation Army in any of the INS records? I certainly didn't. I question the timing of this article.

Can these obots be any more ridiculous? This article has so many holes and debunked info that it's just a joke. It's woven out of whole cloth. More bunk. Miraculous Birth v3.666.

Back on Jan. 5 2009, ChiefEngineer posted this:

I believe that Ann had a “shotgun wedding” and then discovered her husband was a rake willing to become involved with any number of co-eds.(The little tidbit Frank Marshall Davis wrote in his biography was the teaser, “...a Kenyan student split, leaving behind TWO pregnant blondes”) Her parents sent her to her mother’s friend in Seattle and the friend made arrangements for Ann to go to an unwed mother’s home in Vancouver where she would give birth and give the baby up for adoption. Her parents had made such a deal with her and told her she could attend UW afterwards.(which she had wanted to do anyway) Her high school friends at the time had already commented about the fact that if they encountered blacks while they were out they would cross the street to avoid them. The scandal of a white girl giving birth to a black baby would have driven Ann out of the area, while Vancouver B.C. was quite experienced in dealing with many different races and intermingling. Once Ann gave birth she changed her mind and asked her mother’s friend to come and get her.

This would definitely fit well with this new revelation. They weren’t going to give the baby to the Salvation Army but by spending her pregnancy in this home, the Booth Memorial Home for Unwed Mothers, they would arrange for the child to be adopted. Chief also said in other posts that this home was burned down in 2005 or 6 and that British Columbia would not release any birth records until 75 years after the birth. So if any of you are still around in another 25 years maybe you can request them to see if he really was born in Canada.

"This article is full of innacurasies."

You are right on that. This is one of their statements from the article that is false. "“Subject got his USC wife ‘Hapai’ [Hawaiian for pregnant] and although they were married they do not live together and Miss Dunham is making arrangements with the Salvation Army to give the baby away,"

The Salvation Army NEVER gave babies away. They provided a home for unwed mothers and IF you wanted to give up your baby they had an adoption agency came to the home to make the arrangements.

We know Obama was a PRA in the mid-70’s because the PRA field is marked with a “Y”. The PRA field is part of the alphanumeric code generated by the SSA when a Form SS-5, Application for Social Security Number, is submitted and verified. Obama’s Form SS-5 was submitted by his case manager working for a Refugee Resettlement Organization located in Connecticut.

RM 00203.460 Evidence for an SSN Card for a Refugee, Parolee, Asylee

https://secure.ssa.gov/apps10/poms.nsf/517e83681a5eb8b28525688d0058721c/f667df4aff794bb18525754c00058a20!OpenDocument

A. Policy – evidence of immigration status, age and identity

Aliens who meet Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) criteria for admission as refugees, asylees, or parolees must submit documentation showing proof of their immigration status along with evidence of age and identity. Refugees, parolees, and most asylees must submit documentation issued by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). When the asylee does not submit DHS-issued documentation, he/she must submit documentation issued by the Department of Justice, Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) in lieu of a document issued by DHS.

See RM 00203.020 for the exception to providing two documents when a refugee, asylee, or parolee has only one immigration document.

All immigration documents submitted must be verified to confirm the applicant’s immigration status before the application for an SSN can be processed.
B. Procedure - Evidence of refugee immigration status

A refugee is an alien admitted to the U.S. because of persecution by his/her country of citizenship. See RM 00203.400B.37. for a full definition of refugee.

A refugee is treated as a permanent resident alien and has permanent work authorization from DHS.

A refugee applying for an original SSN card must supply evidence of age, identity and immigration status. See the EXCEPTION to this rule in RM 00203.020 if the refugee has no documents other than his/her immigration document(s) and is applying for an original SSN card.

If the applicant is age 12 or older and applying for an original SSN card, the refugee must appear for an in-person interview per RM 00202.055.

The following procedures apply to a refugee applying for an original or replacement SSN card.
1. Evidence of immigration status submitted by the refugee

Each refugee must submit either Form I-94 (Arrival/Departure Record), OR an employment authorization document (EAD) (either Form I-688B or Form I-766) as evidence of his/her immigration status. In some cases a refugee will have both Form I-94 and an EAD. However, only one of these documents (generally the Form I-94) is needed to establish the SSN applicant’s immigration status as a refugee. If all required documents are submitted, ALWAYS input the application into the SS-5 Assistant/Modernization Enumeration System (MES).

The following procedures apply to a refugee applying for an original or replacement SSN card:
a. I-94 submitted

The Form I-94 presented by a refugee must have an admission stamp that shows:

The legend “Admitted as a refugee pursuant to section 207 of the INA. If you depart the U.S. you will need prior permission from INS to return.”

The port of entry (POE), date of inspection and inspection officer’s identification.

The words “employment authorized.”

A Form I-94 issued to a refugee does not show an alien classification code and it generally does not show a period of admission (see RM 00203.450B.5. for an example of the stamp). In some cases, the stamp may show “indefinite” or a specific period.

An alien granted refugee status as a result of applying for that status as “following to join” the principal refugee will generally have the tear-off I-94 portion of Form I-797A (Notice of Action). This type of I-94 shows the legend “Admitted as a refugee pursuant to section 207 of the Act. If you depart the U.S. you will need prior permission to return.” The tear-off I-94, like the regular I-94, does not show an alien classification code.

See RM 00203.450B.3. for an exhibit of a tear-off I-94 portion of Form I-797A. See RM 00203.450B.5. for an exhibit of an I-94 issued to a refugee.
b. Employment Authorization Document (EAD) submitted

For enumeration purposes, a refugee does not need an annotation on the I-94 specifying work authorization or an employment authorization document (EAD) as evidence of employment authorization. However, a refugee applying for an SSN card may submit an EAD as evidence of authority to work. If a refugee submits an EAD but does not submit an I-94, accept it as evidence that he/she is a refugee when the EAD card is either:

Form I-688B and shows “274A.12(A)(3)” on the face of the card under Provision of Law; or

Form I-766 and shows “A3” under Category.

When an EAD shows these codes, be sure to select the appropriate entry in the drop-down list in the SS-5 Assistant.

As evidence of employment authorization, a refugee “who is following to join” may also have an EAD in addition to the tear-off Form I-94 portion of Form I-797A. Accept it as evidence of refugee status when it meets the above criteria.
2. Verification of refugee status

When a refugee applies for an original or replacement SSN card, always verify the applicant’s immigration status.

Review the applicant’s SS-5 and supporting documents using the security guidelines that are found in SSA’s Administrative Confidential Memorandum (ACM ) for immigration and identity documents and also examine the document(s) under a black light. If the document(s) do not appear to be genuine, input the application into the SS-5 Assistant/MES as “suspect” and immediately attempt to verify the document(s) with DHS using a paper G-845, Document Verification Request (RM 00203.740).

If the document submitted appears to be genuine upon visual examination, input the application into the SS-5 Assistant/MES. Code the document “ACM ver.” The Assistant will automatically query the applicant’s immigration status with DHS by checking SAVE while in the application path. If processing in MES, use I-MAIN Web Based SAVE in accordance with MSOM INTRANET 001.002 to request an initial verification (IV). Follow RM 00203.735G.2.a. to determine if the IV results confirm refugee immigration status. If the IV results confirm Lawfully Admitted Permanent Residence (LAPR) status per RM 00203.735 G.1., follow the instructions in RM 00203.410 C. to determine if based on the evidence submitted and IV results, alternate evidence of LAPR status can be established.
a. Using SAVE to verify refugee status

The SS-5 Assistant will automatically query the applicant’s immigration status with DHS by checking SAVE while in the application path and evaluating the query results. If processing in MES, use I-MAIN Web Based SAVE in accordance with MSOM INTRANET 001.002 to request an initial verification (IV). Follow RM 00203.735G.2.a. to determine if the IV results confirm refugee immigration status.

If the SAVE IV results confirm the applicant is a refugee, continue processing the SS-5.

The SAVE IV results verify refugee status when the class of admission field (“COA) shows a code of “RE,” “RE1,” “RE2,” “RE3,” “RE4,” “RE5,” or “RF” and the “system response” field shows “Refugee — Employment Authorized.”

Refugees often apply for Social Security numbers (SSNs) within days of arriving in the U.S. and often before data are available online about them in the DHS database. If the SAVE IV results do not confirm the applicant is a refugee, the SS-5 Assistant will automatically put the application in “Suspect” status. If the SSN card application data are entered directly in MES, follow RM 00202.237 to enter “S” in the EVC field.

Follow the procedures for verification via the Department of State (DOS) Worldwide Refugee Admission Processing System (WRAPS) database (see RM 00203.460B.2.b.).

NOTE: WRAPS data is available immediately on arrival in the U.S. If the SAVE initial verification does not verify refugee status, it is NOT necessary to wait 10 days after arrival before requesting verification from WRAPS.
b. Using DOS WRAPS to verify refugee status

If the SAVE initial verification results do not confirm refugee status and the refugee has been in the U.S. for less than six months, complete the WRAPS Request for Verification of Refugee Status form. The SS-5 Assistant provides an option to print a pre-filled WRAPS fax form or see RM 00203.460B.4. for an exhibit of the form and fax it to DOS-WRAPS to verify refugee status based on WRAPS data. Fax the completed Request for Verification of Refugee Status form to (703) 907-7290. This is a DOS-WRAPS fax line in Arlington, VA that is dedicated to receiving SSA verification requests. Fax verification requests to DOS-WRAPS in Arlington, VA using ONLY the fax form (see RM 00203.460B.4.).

If the applicant was admitted as a refugee six or more months before the date he/she applied for an SSN card and SAVE initial verification results do not confirm refugee status, follow RM 00203.736 to submit an electronic additional verification request to DHS for verification of refugee status.

NOTE: Since WRAPS maintains data for only refugees, DO NOT request DOS-WRAPS to verify the immigration status of any alien who does not submit a document showing he/she is a refugee.
