"Though I agree with your sentiments regarding this administration, the ball is clearly in CONGRESS’S Hands, and they have the absolute power to imprison every last single person involved for the rest of their lives. Considering they refuse to do anything substantial regarding this case is quite telling in and of itself. DOG MEET PONY"

How does Congress have the power to imprison in this case? If the DOJ is corrupt and US attorneys won't prosecute, what does the House do? They can issue reports, harshly criticize, but when the Executive Branch is corrupt and in the hands of an enemy of the US, what next?

If sufficient backbone existed, the House would impeach. I know many say that the Senate is exceedingly unlikely to convict and that Bill Clinton gained a sympathy bump after the Senate failed to convict him. But basically the House is the grand jury, and the Senate is the trial court. Grand juries don’t usually worry about how obstinate the trial court is.

the ball is clearly in CONGRESS’S Hands,

As with everything from this lame congress, nothing will happen without Obama's sanction.

Congress can have the Capitol Police Arrest every one of them and Congress Can Hold their trial for TREASON. Has anyone ever heard of the “War on Drugs” which Congress Officially Declared?? Every Person involved willfully and knowingly gave material support to the Enemy in the War on Drugs which was Declared by Congress 30 something years ago. Hang the Entire Bunch on the Capitol Steps.

All they need is 1 courageous US Attorney to step up and file charges. Once that's done, either the guilty go under the bus, or the entire administration goes down.
