"Nanny" Defamation Case Resumes Against Casey Anthony

I think she has a case against her former employer. She may have been fired for other reasons also.

Due to the murderesses lies. Z Gonzalez lost her job, was evicted from her home (she has two children) received death threats etc etc. Her damages are not just defamation. She had severe damages due to the lying B***h.

There's a woman who contributes to the Patriot-Ledger paper here in MA, named Wendy Murphy. She is a former child abuse and sex crimes prosecutor who also teaches at New England Law/Boston. She has been following every detail of the case. She has been writing about this aspect and has been interviewed a lot on local radio.

According to Wendy Murphy:

The prosecution’s case raised more questions than it answered, and it failed address the following important issues:

 

1. Photographs of Caylee seized from the Anthony home have been sealed from public view by court order as “too prejudicial”.  The images are apparently so awful, Casey's attorney made a very big fuss about Cindy Anthony answering deposition questions about the FACT that the photos exist.  Why?

 

2. A search warrant executed on Casey's computer is also under seal.  Why?  The warrant for the Anthony home is available to the public.  Why not the one for the computer?

 

3. In May and June of 08, when Caylee was sleeping with Casey at a friend’s apartment, Casey got a phone call in the middle of the night, in response to which, she roused Caylee from sleep and delivered her to some unknown location. Then she returned to her friend’s apartment and went to sleep.  Casey also delivered Caylee to unknown locations on other occasions when she claimed to be bringing Caylee to a "nanny."  Where did she bring her? Why?

 

4. Why is the docket sheet in the case under seal?  It would show what motions were filed to “seal” certain evidence.  It would also show that the case has been designated a sex crime prosecution – which is important given that a sex crimes detective was involved in the early stages of the investigation.  Why? 

 

5. Casey searched the internet to learn how to make chloroform; a substance commonly used to sedate children in the making of child porn. The public thinks Casey used chloroform to kill her child, but the drug is popular among parents who pimp their kids because it’s cheap and it causes amnesia so that victims can’t remember being abused.

 

Pimping kids is dangerous business and Casey apparently made someone very angry. Maybe she cut out an earlier “business” partner or ripped someone off.  A “Zenaida Gonzales” reported her laptop stolen in early June.

I don't know if any of this is true but Wendy Murphy is no crackpot and she's pretty adamant about what she says may be a second round of charges against Anthhony.

I guess time will tell. Odd that we haven’t heard any of that in the news, at least I haven’t. But as I said, I really haven’t followed the trial much other than what was on the regular news.

C ANT made a living stealing, check fraud (of which she plead guilty) and credit card fraud. she hung out at the tat parlor.

There IS a lot that isn’t known about C ANT. I have not seen any evidence re th stolen Computer. But wouldn’t surprise me. If it wasn’t locked in a safe C Ant would steal it. If in fact Z G had had ANY contact with C Ant you can bet that sleezy Baez would have got her on the stand. Look what he did to G and L Ant. He sure smeared enough people during the trial. And all to get a murdering slut off.
Z G had applied to rent an Apt at the Sawgrass. One of C ANTS boyfriends lived right accross the street. How did she get the name of one guy that worked at Universal years before she worked there. He had no idea who she was. This is one dangerous woman, who just got by with murder.

The porn thing may well be true. I don’t know. But, I have wondered WHAT she was doing all day when she was suppose to be in school. (Senior year) I wonder what the Ants thought when they found out she had quit school and wasn’t going to graduate. And just how did she get pregnant from a drifter. Where was she hanging out that a drifter would come in contact with her? Prostitute? I really think that the ANTS realized early on that they had a very sick Daughter but refused to seek professional help. She is a psychopath, and very dangerous. We haven’t heard the last of C ANT.

I haven’t really followed it either. Don’t really care. I just happen to catch her interview on the radio the other day. I did a little research and found a bit more.

I knew I heard it! And they let this twit go. Maybe she killed her because she was scared the little kid was getting old enough to talk.

I am not sure. I heard it quickly and I have been asking here if anyone else heard it. I know I paused and thought. What was that?

I think it came out of the mouth of that lady with the black hair that was trying to get all the charges made into just one.
