Why is Obama on the wrong side of everything every freakin’ time?

Most questions that come to the White House are basically good v. evil. It's no surprise that Obama would always come down on the wrong side - that is his nature.

I won’t say that it’s a good thing this criminal died, because no death at the hands of another is a good thing; suffice it to say that there’s been enough evil done for the day.

However, I will say that it is very good to see Texas stand up to Obama, the democrats, and the federal government and assert itself as a co-equal sovereign, and acting as such within its proper sphere of authority.

Obama most definitely misjudged this one - the hubris he’s demonstrating is simply breath-taking: did he really think that the Supreme Court would just roll over for him like a pet dog, particularly since they’d already ruled on the point in an earlier case?

Good for Perry for not backing down in the face of a bully who’s more bark than bite.

“By a 5-4 vote along ideological lines, the Supreme Court

The SCOTUS is an abomination.

There is no rule of law, only what a bunch of appointed for life unaccountable degenerates in black robes decree.

If they cant be unanimous on this (and it could have just as easily went the other way depending on what Kennedy had for lunch that day),if 4 of 9 will support a murderer at the request of a democrat justice department and would change their vote the other way if the request came from a GOP Justice dept, then it is a danger to the American citizen that makes the camel jockey ragheads in the middle east pale by comparison.

Breyer, Ginsburg, Kagan , and Sotomayor are nothing more than marxist stooges installed by fellow travelers and confirmed by socialist crook democrats and spineless coward Republicans.

All they need is one more dependable comrade and all hell is going to break loose quite unexpectedly.

Have a Taco in hell Leal, you’ll have company, the 4 douchebags who voted for you will be there one day too.”

Whoa—post of the day, imho. Well said, FRiend!

The court also discounted arguments that "grave international consequences" may follow Leal's execution.

"We have no authority to stay an execution in light of 'an appeal of the president' presenting free-ranging assertions of foreign policy consequences, when those assertions come unaccompanied by persuasive legal claim."

So, here we are almost two weeks later. Have you heard anything else in the news about this? Anything from other governments? Just another example of political grand standing.
