Youngsters Airyonna Dantzler, 10, Hannah Carter, 13 and Rodrick Dantzler, 9, wore their feelings on their shirts for Obama. But they were not just words.
The Grand Rapids Knapp Charter Academy students did not get inside but listened outside and peered through the glass windows.
"You know some people said he doesn't like America, but you can't believe what some people say," said 10 year-old Dantzler. "If you listen to his speech, you know he loves America."
This must have resulted from a lack of gun laws. /s
Looking at that father laying on the ground in pure anguish over the lose of his daughter makes my heart just sink. I pray to God this man hurts no one else and is captured soon. God help this country. Give peace and comfort to all the victims families. In Jesus name Amen!!

• 7:32 p.m. Police have received a call from Rodrick Dantzler indicating he has taken hostages.
• 7:25 p.m. Rodrick Dantzler is believed to have entered an apartment near Soft Water Lake near Plainfield Avenue, north of I-96. The apartments are on Rickman Street fronting the lake. He kicked in the back door of the apartment and three shots were heard by authorities.
• 7:19 p.m. The suspect’s vehicle has crashed in the ditch on I-96. The suspect is fleeing on foot, chased by armed Special Response Team members.
• 7:08 p.m. Police are involved in a chase, possibly with mass murder suspect Rodrick Dantzler, through downtown Grand Rapids and onto northbound U.S. 131, then eastbound I-96. Shots were fired during the chase; dispatchers report a civilian bystander was struck in the center of downtown Grand Rapids at Division Avenue and Fulton Street.
• 7 p.m. There will be no Little League games played in the city of Grand Rapids tonight due to the ongoing manhunt.
• 6:53 p.m. Here is an updated photo of Rodrick Dantzler [via WZZM]
• 6:50 p.m. A man matching Rodrick Dantzler’s description has been spotted at Westgate Bowling Alley parking lot near York Creek.
• 6:45 p.m. A car matching the description of suspect Rodrick Dantzler’s vehicle has been spotted with its rear window shot in York Creek Apartments in Comstock Park. A portion of Alpine Avenue near the large apartment complex has been closed for police investigation.
Can’t find by scanning any of the articles why this pos killed all those people. Did he have a reason- or just another black on white killing?

I hope by captured you mean he is shot down as he tries to flee from arrest, this animal doesn’t need to live and burden taxpayers, let him go face his judgement I say.

I think if someone kills one and somebody else doesn’t get you first, the cops should be allowed to expend all available ammo on him.

I read now that he’s taken hostages. He’s apparently communicated with police that he’s unhappy with the pursuit/chase.
Golly, how about that? A guy kills a bunch of people and creates mayhem and destruction in his wake and he’s unhappy with the way civil society wants to hound his ass to the ground?
