The Kenneth Gladney beatdown case continued this morning in St. Louis County Court. After a health care town hall meeting in August 2009 St. Louis native Kenneth Gladney was beaten, kicked and called racist names by Rep. Russ Carnahan’s SEIU supporters. Gladney spent the night in the hospital after the beating.

Nope. He’s actually seen roving around speaking to cops in the original footage. (I’m not saying he wasn’t hurt in his back or legs, just ... it didn’t appear to me to be wheelchair-worthy.)
Anyway, I’m gonna resist taking the bait on any further responses ... like I said from the get go, MY vote would have been “guilty (but he did milk it a li’l afterwards), not “not guilty,” but I sorta understand why a cynical and/or union-goon-infested jury would disagree with me and find reasonable doubt.
Like I said, JMO, YMMV.
Seems that some jurys are not bothering to look at the facts lately.

Certain groups within our country have been found to be unaccountable and above the law. The only way to rein them in is to use extra-legal means. Failure to do that will necessarily result in a collapse of this nation.
Either everybody is subject to all the laws or there will soon come a time when no one will be. Anarchy is not the answer, but it may well end up being the result.

Also, anyone even slightly to the right is guilty of violence even if he does nothing, and the violence that he’s guilty of without ever committing is heinous and unforgivable. Because of it, he deserves a smack-down.
That old Constitution is so outdated, it just isn't relevant anymore.
Besides it was written by old white men who didn't care about minorities, and women, etc. It's time we just moved on to a new set of rules promulgated by Democrats who run the Justice Department and control and direct most courts in this country and let them decide what is right and wrong and who has been harmed by bigots, and who goes to jail... //sarcasm (but you know, this is almost what is happening these days)
McCullogh...the, Prosecuting Attorney for St. Louis County, is a HARD core, union funded democrat. As a matter of fact, he was one of the founders of the “Truth Squads” to defend O-BLAME-a against any opposition. A real POS.
He’s a very nice fellow and he deserves better than this.
Ditto. I met him at a Tea Party event near Pittsburgh. I bought a Gadsden flag from him which he signed for me.
