Reid says Cantor's conduct during the sensitive White House talks have shown, in Reid's words, "he shouldn't even be at the table." Reid says other congressional leaders are negotiating in good faith as an Aug. 2 deadline approaches for raising the debt limit.

This is a the latest signal that the dems have a weak hand and know it. If Cantor and the rest of the rebupbs continue to hold out, President Temper-Tantrum will fold.
Closed-door meeting: DemocRATs can make up whatever manure they want and noone can dispute it. So Zero throws a temper tantrum because he’s not getting his way, and the DemocRATs say “See? See?? Eric Cantor’s being childish!”

Obama has increased spending by over 40%.
tax revenues are enough to pay for about 70%.
the debt limit should NOT be increased.
the only thing Cantor should discuss with them,
is where to cut, to balance the budget.
(Bush had one year with a balanced budget,
and would have had more, if not for Iraq and Katrina.
is Obama is so awesome, he should be able to do it easy.)
As long as Cantor is being labeled as childish, he should mention Barry’s ears.

get ready. The stage is just about set. Some day in the near future it will be just before midnight. Haggard looking politicians with ties undone will emerge from behind close doors with the press waiting with baited breath. Smiles, speeches, self congratulatory back patting all around. Heroes abound. Once again, they have all worked so hard to save us all with their last minute heroics and bipartisan statesmanship. Get ready folks. It’s coming. And the press will gush over the great courage shown by all to raise our taxes and increase our debt. Another magnificent performance for the people by those doing the people...I mean...doing the peoples business.

Reid’s one to talk. His Senate hasn’t passed a budget in over 800 days.
