“The Bummer is saying so sue me.”
Actually, this is the point at which the senior ATF leadership should be brought up on criminal charges.
The statutes are very clear - ATF cannot impose new registry requirements beyond those specified in statute.
Nice And Simple....
The person in this video is a professor (Ph.D.) at Yavapai College in Prescott, Arizona. He puts a different spin on what Obama is doing to help Arizona and he repeats the important parts and speaks slowly enough to allow you to follow what he’s saying;
Must be why he’s rated highly by his students - 3.8 on a 4.0 scale. This may be the best video produced on the illegal alien problems that are being experienced.

since when does legality bother Obama or his agenda??
I agree that individual gun shop owners would not stand a chance of nullifying an illegal order. That is why I said: “AZ, NM, CA and TX gun shops should band together and dare the government to sue them collectively.”
As Benjamin Franklin said: “We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.”
Somebody is putting the cart before the horse IMO. Until an EO is issued (the effort to establish gun law...) then how can the administration be criticized for wrongdoing?
I can't find any EO information for long gun purchases so what EO is he talking about? EO's have to be published in the Federal Register and there is no new EO there in the last two weeks. And "pilot program" regulations are not law.
See my reply here as well.
Something just smells fishy with all of this.
I think they’ll carve up a few individual shops and make very public examples out of them...
What the DOJ, this president and other agencies don’t realize, is that it is only going to harden the resolve of the rest of us (which ironically is what they have to want), and will produce a deeper rift across the entire country...
But then again why should any of us be surprised at that point...
Well, actually, he is, in the Ghencea military cemetery in Bucharest.
Being just a trifle suspicious, the body of Nicolae Ceausescu was exhumed in 2010, and the DNA checked just to make certain that a Romanian switcharoo hadn't been performed. Nope. It was him...so they say....
