PHOENIX - We hear a lot of complaints about security screeners groping airline passengers.
But now, a Colorado woman is accused of putting her hands on a TSA agent at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix.
Court records show 61-year-old Yukari Mihamae grabbed the left breast of the female agent Thursday at the Terminal 4 checkpoint.
Police say she squeezed and twisted the agent's breast with both hands.
Officers say Mihamae admitted to the crime.
There's no word why she touched the agent.
Mihamae now faces a felony count of sexual abuse.
According to court records, she lives in Longmont, Colorado and is self-employed.
It’ll be hard to explain why this is a felony but the TSA folks can’t be charged. I’m guessing the judge will sit there and ask a few questions and the prosecutor will just grin.

It actually should be an interesting court case and far more worthy of national coverage than Casey Anthony. This one actually affects us all.
I just want to see someone explain why civil servants are allowed to do what this woman did but she is facing assault charges.

The question here is can the prosecution keep people who have flown since the TSA was taken over by Obama off of the jury, and if not why waste money on an unwinnable trial?
After my wife’s double mastectomy reconstruction surgery last October, she was severely and abusively groped over both of our strenuous objections at TSA Hobby Airport at Thanksgiving time. We no longer fly. We drive, and we carry with CHL. Much safer. The hell with the airlines, I hope they go broke. Tax that.

The last time I went through TSA screening the dude told me to “turn your head and cough”.
They’re herding us to their trains. Gasoline will soon be too expensive for us to drive to go see grandma. Plane travel will be for the “selected few”. We’ll be forced to live in clusters or ghettoes...everything designed for control. Us older folks have seen this before.

For the best reason in the world. TSA is gov’t and it can do anything. I’ve come to believe that islamoterrorists are not our main enemy. The main enemy are the Marxists who’re attempting a coup in Washington.
Kudos for Yukiri. It’ll be interesting to see if her protest breaks TSA’s back. She’s entitled to her day in court. I hope she’s thought through her protest well and is prepared to show up the TSA gropers for who they are.

That is so beyond disgusting. I’m sorry you and your wife were forced to suffer such indignities. I commend you for your self-control. I imagine it was horrific for you to observe what was going on. These people are sadists.
If everyone adopted your stance on the issue, the TSA scanning and groping would stop. It really is that simple.
