According to your link the AMT would be eliminated and the only tax hikes mentioned are not tax rates on the rich or cap gains hikes, but the closing of loopholes.

Doesn't look like a terrible plan yet but the devil is of course in the details.

Why is it every time the proposed cut coming from the next 10 years and higher revenues (wink wink tax hikes) immediately going into effect?

Why can’t it be the other way around?
