It’s even worse in the The Republic of Samsung aka South Korea.
Samsung has gone as far as copy the entire case shape and interface, down to the way the app icons appear on their Nexus phones, to look exactly like an Iphone. All the accessories for the products are also exact duplicates of Apples.
At the same time, they have reporters from all the major newspapers and tech magazines on their payroll and they report all kinds of bogus claims about software and hardware problems on all the products that Samsung competes against.
All because South Koreans love Apple products. Iphones and Ipads are now outselling Sumsungs products, even in their home market.
They’ve taken it to such a blatant level of rip off, Apple finally said enough, and now suing them in the ITC.
Sumsung turned around and is now lobbying the South Korean government to ban all apple products from being imported into SK. Meanwhile, their allowed to flood the US with as much of their cheap knock crap as they want.

I’ll bet everything sold there is 100% genuine Apple. It’s all made in China anyway, right? So the only difference is where the profits are going...

Having your stuff stolen is part of the price you pay for having the Chinese make it for you. I’m surprised there are people who haven’t figured that out yet.
