PREMONT (Kiii News) - A man, thought to be an illegal immigrant, is on the loose after reportedly attacking two women at a cemetery in Premont Wednesday night.
Police, sheriff's deputies, and border patrol agents never found the man. The women say the man came out of nowhere, claiming to be from Mexico and in need of a ride to Houston. That man reportedly pushed the two women, grabbed one of their car keys, got in their SUV, and then tried to drive off with one of the lady's five month-old baby in the backseat. The women recently recounted to 3 News what happened.

On highway 281 in South Texas. Halfway between San Antonio and McAllen, about an hour southwest of me. I have several friends that live there. Had a truck with a bunch unload a couple of miles from my house one night with DPS after them. Of course, all the restaurants are staffed by illegals down here (Mexican food, that is, which 80% of the restaurants are). They steal pickups and strip all but the driver’s seat to get more people in. They drive cross country, running through fences. My secretary’s husband is a Border Patrol agent. They find the pickups abandoned in San Antonio or other cities inland.

Personally, I think a formal Declaration of War against Mexico is in order. And that's after we deport every last illegal, ban them from ever entering the U.S. again, and build a fence, a wall, a ditch, AND an alligator-filled moat along the Mexican border.

First, it might be wise for about 44 States to secede from Washington D.C.
That puts the alligators at risk of being shot by the Mexicans; not fair to the alligators.
Instead of using animals, I recommend infrared motion sensors and machine gun emplacements that are programmed to fire at moving bodies larger than, say, 5 feet long/tall. Take out the adult invaders, and their kids will run back.
I'm only slightly exaggerating. This is invasion and war.
In fairness, lots of big signs warning of imminent death from automatic machine guns, in English and Spanish. They should be the only signs or other documents that the US government should have to print in both languages.
Boy - that lady was determined - she ripped the window out of the SUV and then beat on him with a stick - and he took off running.
The adrenaline must really have kicked in - how do you rip a window out of a vehicle?

Do you understand Spanish? If not, you had better not shoot anyone unless they have a weapon in their hand AND are using it to injure someone. This could easily be a family fight and you don’t want to get involved unless you have the immunity of a badge on your chest.
Yes, I understand Spanish (grew up in southern California) and I understand the law (married to an attorney). If someone pushes me and tries to take my truck with my baby in it, he’s dead. Defense of self and others.
I didn’t say I would get involved if it weren’t me, I said if it were me (ie the victim).
They don’t need a weapon in their hand for it to be assault and battery. Or for me to fire in self defense.

Defense of self carries enough burden. Defense of others can get damn expensive!

You are adding a lot to the story that isn’t there, no mention of mothers or sisters at all. This was a stranger who attacked two women in a cemetary, tried to steal their SUV and kidnapp the child.

Don’t think I would take killing someone lightly, I wouldn’t but I would kill to protect my child, you better believe it, especially from a damned illegal (read criminal) alien.

Not meaning to insinuate that you’re stupid. However your initial statement “If it had been me, he would have been a dead illegal alien (defense of self and others)” might be the reason why someone else shoots first and then has to say oh sh!t.
Rarely is there enough information in a single article to determine if it is justifiable cause to shoot.
