MALDEN - Carlos K. Edwards wanted his girlfriend, Crystle Sears, to go to the bank with him Wednesday, but Sears refused.
That was the root of an argument that escalated and then boiled over, Sears said yesterday in an interview at her grandmothers apartment.
He just went nuts, she said.
Malden police said that Edwards, 34, threw their son, 7-week-old Carmello Sears, onto the concrete sidewalk outside Searss house, said I hope you both die, and walked away.
Carmello is now undergoing treatment to stop internal bleeding and to mend his fractured skull, his family said.
The baby was in critical condition with life-threatening injuries yesterday morning, a prosecutor said at Edwardss arraignment in Middlesex District Court, where he pleaded not guilty to charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery on a child causing serious bodily injury.

How could anybody do this to a baby, much less one's own child?
This might not have been the best story to click on first thing in the morning. :-\
The most DANGEROUS place for a child is in the HOME where the mother and fther AREN’T MARRIED!!!!!
“How could anybody do this to a baby, much less one’s own child?”
Look at the picture. A post partum abortion is no different than a third tri abortion to him.
I am sure some jury will find him not guilty.
kill him now.
Sorry I did.
More violent behavior by the Amish!\s
This fellow doesn’t realize the damage that can be done to a small child when it is thrown on the sidewalk.
My advice is to take him up to 15,000 feet over a desert and push him out of a plane to show him the error of his ways. It isn’t the fall that get’s you, it’s the sudden stop.
Need I remind everyone that all we have is an accusation? I think it’s likely he is guilty. But how about we prove it before breaking out the rope.
as long as the sudden stop includes a mesh of razor wire.
Don't you know things have changed? Your guilty “UNTIL” proven innocent. Anyway, this creep of a man will just have to prove how the baby wiggled out of his arms. n/s

She thought the had appeased this monster when she handed him her "electronic benefits" card . . . i.e., her welfare benefit card.
