That makes sense. I’m still wondering if the man had a few stripped gears upstairs. Given the multitude of political parties in other countries it’s hard to figure out what’s going on at times. No one is standing around handing out programs.
I worked in the counter-terrorism field, one way or another, from 2001 to early this year. So, while I condemn his actions as monstrous and wrong, as an aficionado of deconstructing terrorist threats, I'd give him a solid A for planning and execution. If 5% of the Islamic terrorists could act as efficiently as Breivik, the world would be a far more dangerous place. If it was 25%+, the world would be on fire.
