Many conservatives and Tea Party activists across the country are eagerly anticipating the entry of Texas Governor Rick Perry into the race for the Republican presidential nomination. Yet Fox Business correspondent Charlie Gasparino suggests that many New Yorkers on Wall Street, presumably of both political parties, are not at all excited about the possibility of a Perry presidency.
Gasparino warns:
I talk to a lot of Wall Street guys . . . you know I dont think a guy from Texas can win again. I just think theres a Texas taint to it all. And I know the big money on the street in New York, I dont think theyre going to go for a Texan.
Instead, Gasparino reveals many on Wall Street are preparing for a match-up between President Obama and Mitt Romney. Apparently the taint of Obamacare, Romneycare or anything else stinking up these two would wash off much more easily than Wall Streets enduring fear of anything affiliated with Texas.

What took you so long?
In 2004, Zell Miller had an ACU rating of 75%.
Zell Miller is not remotely comparable to Al Gore. Miller had an ACU rating of 73% in 2004.
If you go on claiming that Rick Perry is a committed conservative, we will call you on the facts, again and again. Some of us do not want another phony "conservative" shoved down our throats again.
......."During his time in Congress, [Al] Gore was considered a "moderate" (he referred to himself as a "raging moderate") opposing federal funding of abortion, voting in favor of a bill which supported a moment in silence in schools, and voting against a ban on interstate sales of guns. His position as a moderate (and on policies related to that label) shifted later in life after he became Vice President and ran for president in 2000

Diogenious had to phone home. :) ... Needs more troops. Speak fast before the bots gather like flies at a picnic.
Nellie Doneva/Reporter-News - Amelia Perry(right), mother of Texas Gov. Rick Perry, shows her quilts at a meeting of the Buffalo Gap Republican Woman's Club at Perini Ranch Steakhouse Friday. Perry called this quilt her "Scarlet O'Hara" quilt, because she made it out of a curtain during a time she was getting cancer treatments and spending most of her time at home.
Momma Perry knows quilts, not politics, doesn't know if son is running for president
You're going to have to do a lot better than that hype about Rudy being "America's mayor." Rudy had no experience whatsoever with national security. He just happened to be the mayor of a disgustingly atypical leftist city when the terrorists attacked.
If you go on telling lies in order to foist another career politician on the public, some of us are going to call you on it, again and again, until your phony withdraws. Got it?
You’re going to have to do a lot better than that hype about Rudy being “America’s mayor.”
What a lame whine there. On THAT DAY, you must have been the only one sitting in America who would not stand and rightfully call Rudy, “America’s Mayor”. It’s history and it was real, and ole’ Rudy was there, and he was All American on THAT DAY. Not much was anywhere near “hype” with Americans on THAT DAY and certainly not with Rudy.
He'll be in a straitjacket if Palin decides not to run and/or doesn't win the nomination.
Suppose al Qaeda had targeted San Francisco or Boston, would you have promoted their mayors for President on the Republican ticket?
Rudy fizzled out as a candidate once people learned he was a Demonrat in everything but name.
Don't tell me you're this ignorant about Gore. He used to be pro-life, he used to take money from whacko Fred Phelps and he and his wife led the charge on putting warning labels on records back in the 1980s. In fact, Gore had an 84% pro-life record back in the 1980s:

According to ontheissues.org, Gore had an 84% anti-abortion voting record and voted pro-life 27 times back.
We have and you're wrong. Algore was a typical blue dog Democrat back in the 1980s.
Move on to something that makes you seem somewhat intelligent.
Yep.
If he isn't conservative, why did he receive Tea Party support and Sarah Palin's support during the last election cycle?
Rick Perry=Epic Fail.
Yep, that’s why it needed a “barf alert”. :o)
Still ain’t found yer meds? PDS or that HPV you like must be affective your eyesight too.
Either you haven't done your homework (pretty typical for a Republican), or you are trying to pull the wool over the sheeple's eyes. You aren't going to get away with it this time.
Like many people, Palin probably fell for Perry's rhetoric. I'm not dumb enough to fall for the speeches of any career politician.
