The most prominent event in professional sports is peaking with diversity in almost every area except one – advertising.
In 2010, there were no Super Bowl commercials produced by lead creative directors of color. In 2011, that number rose to four according to the second annual study of the racial and gender makeup of creative directors produced by the University of Central Florida's Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport.

If I recall, nearly 75% of the commercials during the last Super Bowl made white dudes and chicks look like complete idiots. Now they need a more diverse crowd of directors to make white dudes and chicks look like complete idiots?

Quick! Find some black lead creative directors and hire them!;)

Not only “So what?” but “you’re called a ‘minority’ for a reason.”
And I don’t say that disparagingly, but from a purely statistical standpoint, whites still outnumber blacks, Hispanics, and Asians in America. Thus, the likelihood of a black director/actor/whatever is statistically lower on a probability scale.

According to my calculations, black women are ahead of white women in breast exposures (by one) during the Super Bowl.
I’m thinking white women should be allowed to catch up in next year’s Super Bowl.

How many creative directors were homosexual?
I always wonder about what the liberal view is of areas where minorities are over-represented? NBA basketball is one highly visible area. Another is in the women’s fashion world, where there are many more homosexual people proportionately than in the rest of society.
And then, we have to ask ourselves if these things really matter? If many of the top fashion design people in the world have a certain proclivity, should we care? If the best basketball players are predominantly one race, should we care?
It sure seems that this diversity thing is only discussed when a minority is under-represented in some area. It’s never discussed if a minority has carved out a niche in other areas.
The NBA is also not diverse.
They need more fags demonstrating some of their prideful acts, perhaps using a young boy or two to show their true diversity and tolerance for the young.
Spike Lee is demanding a gig.
