Is he going to translate “La Raza” for us, so we’ll all understand what this group is about?
If I understand La Raza’s intentions clearly, then Obama taking time to address this group certainly makes his intentions clear as well.
In early January 2013, I hope to see someone sworn in a President that actually loves America and wants it to prosper in every way. It will not be Mr. Soetero.

I can’t understand why the media doesn’t label La Raza as the Hispanic KKK. How is it OK for any pol to speak at a La Raza or Black Panther meeting and we can’t even speak at Tea Party Rally without an anal exam?

Code words...”shared sacrifice”. What is “The RACE” sacrificing?
A short speach with La Raza, followed by a short speach with the PLO, followed by a short speach with the American Communist Party, follwed by a speach with the New Black Panthers, followed by spreading his prayer rug out and facing Karl Marx’s grave to give homage... he’s very busy man that Obama!
Our school district this year has cancelled bus service for many HS kids, closed nearly every club, cancelled many sports programs and music programs, but there is one group/club that doubled its funding... La Raza.
How this group can be considered paramount to a High School education is beyond me. How they can cancel German Club, Chess Club, and ask parents to pay up to $1,500 to participate in athletics, or force them to take drivers ed at the school (even if you take drivers ed outside of school) for $1,000 a student, yet continue to finance, and yes, increase the budget for La Raza riles me to no extent.
Speaking out against such budget measures brands you “racist” at the district meetings, and they won’t even acknowledge your arguments.
It is bizarro world.
