MACAO: At least 13 people were injured in a suspected gas explosion in the Hotel Golden Dragon of Macao on early Tuesday morning, police said. Police said eight of the injured have been sent to hospitals and all of them''s condition are stable, Xinhua news agency reported.
The incident occurred at around 7 a.m. local time and the glass of the main entrance of the Hotel Golden Dragon were smashed.
The area has been cordoned off and the firefighters were clearing the site. Firefighters said they suspected that gas leakage led to the blast.
