For every Pakistani or Bangladeshi coming into the UK, there is a British citizen who is leaving for good to live in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, US or even Continental Europe and Asia.

One of my older relatives had six bouts of tonsillitis back in the 1970’s before surgical removal of the tonsils. Due to the extensive use of antibiotics during those bouts, there is now permanent allergies to several antibiotics.
