Would not forcing banks to end run lending standards be a violation of the dodd frank bill? Seems to me extorting someone to do a crime is a law violation....ah forgive me, forgot who would be prosecuting it.
This is how we got into this mess.

They crashed our economy, and now they want to put a foot onto the neck of any recovery to keep our economy down, and thoroughly crashed for the purpose of instilling their Socialist NWO.
And why is the gop not calling for his impeachment yet ?
Such B.S. - this is EXACTLY the kind of lending behavior that got us in the 2008 finanical meltdown. And now he wants to FORCE banks to do it again?
This seem like nothing more than a last gasp effort at massive redistribution from a FAILED presidency before they are sent to the dustbin of history.

Article should have also mentioned the 5% ‘vig’ these banks must pay on top oftheir markdowns, etc. Swarms of auditors descend even smaller banks, sometimes for as long as 1 month.
Putting these banks on ‘the list’ with their ‘letters’ also means the auditorrs get to come back.
I think my Real Estate career is over. Every year it gets worse, I choose to not work with buyers that have no job! How in Samhill can they buy a house?
