No. That's what he wants. Warren Jeffs is not special. He's a run of the mill sociopath lashing out against authority. Judges run into them all the time and are pretty well equipped to deal with them. Judge Walther is doing a fine job. Kudos to her.

Well, not throughout history, but within Mormonism and it’s theology yes. Smith started keeping dictations of his revelations fairly yearly on, although some (like D&C 132) were not released immediately.
At the time of his death only 59 (IIRC) of his 140 or so revelations had been made public.
You do not understand MORMONthink.
GOD has said those things, Jeffs is merely the mouthpiece.
