I know what OCR is for. But I don’t see how OCR could be used to forge his COLB. OCR extracts text and cleans up the quality of text recovered from an image document. (not without errors)
The COLB should be from a single document (which this is obviously not).

Well who ever thought Othugo would ever release anything honest. Certainly not me. It appears to me however, that this issue is going to buried no matter what. Nobody but nobody in a position to do anything about it is willing to do anything about it. The only thing that can happen is he has to be voted out.
