Her audacious, hopeful boss, on the other hand... everything else (and I mean everything else) he has done, every decision and every policy and every act and every initiative, has benefited the spread of global Islam. Everything.

Ok, seriously ... he's the President. Just about every moment of his day, and his family's day, is closely observed and monitored. How would he even go about orchestrating something like this? It's not like the Secret Service or White House staff (again, I despise Jarrett and Daley - but they're not insane either) or DoD staff are going to allow themselves to be used as cutouts for the orchestrated murder of American servicemen.
