Is the Super Committee Constitutional?

If my representative is a Tea Party supporter and excluded from “The Committee”, have I lost my representative voice? In my opinion, this is a scam to keep the Elitist in power. It is time to identify the Congress Critters and see to it they are removed from office.

One more election like the last one and all of them should get the message.

Of course it's constitutional. The constitution doesn't tell the Congress how to make its sausage.

All this super committee does it make recommendations that will be embodied in legislation that all members of congress will vote on. There is your representative voice.

Legislation routinely comes through committees, the difference here is the representation is equal between the parties instead of tilted towards the majorities in each house.
