Should read: White House press secretary Jay Carney says the money will help provide food, shelter, water, and sanitation and health services to al-Shabab.

Beautiful, what do you think of this one...simple compared to your beautiful work.

CONSIDER A PIGGY BANK TO OPERATE FREE REPUBLIC

You won't even miss the 25 or 50 cents A DAY, but at the end of the month you will have at least $5 to donate so FR can operate smoothly, or you will moan and grown and go into withdrawal when it is down, because of broken parts, or overloaded servers

OR DO YOU WANT A REPEAT OF THIS

If we have to borrow it from China then why don’t they give it to them direct to save a step.

Why don’t they borrow it themselves...oh, I forgot they have no credit rating due to the dictators taking all the aide money we’ve spent in the past decade. They were warned about over grazing, etc, they refuse to come out of the 1700’s, except for cell phones and weapons.

As a mother, it truly breaks my heart to see the children in Somalia/Africa suffering. It is hard to watch, disturbing to think about. However, I just saw a report about Haiti a few days ago. The reporter was reporting from a ‘tent city’ where he said about 30,000 people are living now — and have been living for 18 months now. His exact words were that ‘nothing really has changed since the earthquake.’ I know that millions, and perhaps billions, of dollars have been sent and donated to that nation. And you are telling me that nothing has changed in 18 months? That only tells me that the gov’t is corrupt, money is stolen and/or misspent, and is being pretty much flushed down the toilet.

If there are better ways to directly help these people, I’m all for it. But so far it just seems to go to corrupt thugs and innocent people die regardless.

America is on the verge of complete financial collapse. Our credit rating is now in the toilet, we have millions out of work with no good news in sight.

All of this and much more, but in spite of it all, Obama just watches America go to hell, while he takes care of HIS Africans.... with our money.

This bastard continues this insanity while 320 million American citizens can’t do a damn thing about it.

If this were happening at sea, the Captain would have already been fed to the sharks.
